Room preferences are purely indicative: management reserves the right to change them based on internal needs.
Cancellation Policy:
The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount via bank transfer or credit card charge.
The payment must be made within 2 days of the booking; otherwise, the reservation will be considered null and void.
As established by Article 1385 of the Civil Code, in case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation the day before arrival, no-show, or early departure, for any reason, the full amount of the booked stay must be paid.
Payments can be made by credit card or cash.
