Rates refer exclusively to B&B service.
Services include:
Heating, water, electricity, gas, daily tidying up of rooms, room cleaning and change of towels and linens every three days, final room cleaning, plus a set of bath towels, bed linens and kitchen towels and linens for the kitchen corner, use of swimming pools in compliance with set hours and rules.
Extra charges:
Daily change of linens and room cleaning; set of pool towels; laundry service.

Note:
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Childrens
Children under the age of three rooming with parents are free of charge.
A crib is available upon request at a daily cost of € 15.

Supplementary services
Adults and children above 3 years of age: € 20 / day for an extra bed (must be booked in advance).

Half-board: € 23 per person, if requested on a daily basis.
Use of the corner kitchen: supplemental service charge of € 8 / day.
Transportation to and from the railway station can be arranged free of charge.

Reservation
Reservations are confirmed by a 30% deposit of the total amount, via bank transfer.

Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer and cash.

N.B.
- The choice of rooms is subject to change; the administration reserves the right to make such changes based on management requirements.
- Daily cleaning includes making the beds and tidying up of rooms.
- Room cleaning and linen changes are provided every 3 days for a stay longer than 5 nights.
- A charge of € 5 per person is applied for breakfast requested without prior notice.
- The rooms used exclusively for single board are the Salmon Room (€ 50) and the Blue Room (€ 60).
- Reservations will be cancelled if bank transfers or notification e-mails are not received within 1 week of the request for the IBAN bank (routing number) code.
